  • Cooked black chickpeas
  • yam
  • Chaat masala
  • Red chillies
  • Lemon juice
  • Onion
  • tomato
  • Cumin powder
  • Cucumber
  • paneer

Action:

  • To make healthy black gram chaat, first of all, cook black gram and yam. Do not overcook yams in the cooker.
  • Add coriander, green chillies, mint and tamarind gar in a mixer bowl and mix well.
  • Heat oil in a pan and cook the cooked black chickpeas until lightly crispy. Then add paneer pieces and fry till it turns red.
  • In a large bowl add roasted chickpeas, finely chopped onion, tomato, cucumber and mix.
  • Then add sweet potato pieces, finely chopped green chillies, prepared tamarind coriander chutney and massage gently.
  • Then add chaat masala, red chilli powder, roasted cumin powder and salt to taste and mix it and lastly add roasted paneer.
