IPL 2019: Captain Hardik Pandya out of Mumbai Indians’ playing eleven.

Sports Desk. The 8th match of the 19th season of the Indian Premier League has started today between the teams of Delhi Capitals and Mumbai Indians at the Arun Jaitley Stadium in Delhi. Delhi Capitals captain Akshar Patel won the toss and invited Mumbai Indians to bat first. There is no change in Delhi Capitals playing 11.

Mumbai Indians’ regular captain Hardik Pandya is out of the playing eleven due to ill health. In his place, Suryakumar Yadav came on the field for the toss. For Delhi, once again Prithvi Shaw failed to make it to the playing eleven.

Delhi’s playing XI: KL Rahul (wicketkeeper), Pathum Nissanka, Nitish Rana, Vipraj Nigam, Axar Patel (captain), David Miller, Tristan Stubbs, Kuldeep Yadav, Lungi Ngidi, T Natarajan, and Mukesh Kumar.

MI’s playing XI: Rohit Sharma, Ryan Rickelton (wicketkeeper), Tilak Verma, Suryakumar Yadav (captain), Naman Dheer, Sherfane Rutherford, Mitchell Santner, Corbin Bosch, Shardul Thakur, Deepak Chahar and Jasprit Bumrah.
