Saudi Riyadh US Embassy Attack News: Amidst the ongoing tension in West Asia, a shocking news has emerged from Saudi Arabia’s capital Riyadh. There have been new and sensational revelations regarding the attack on the US Embassy in Riyadh last month. According to the report, the attack on March 3, 2026 caused more damage to the embassy than previously reported. It is being told that this attack has shaken the security system and intelligence system of the embassy.

Iran denies attack

Initially Iran was being held responsible for this attack but Iran Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) has completely rejected these allegations. IRGC has issued an official statement saying that this attack was not carried out by the Iranian army. Iran claims the attack is ‘definitely the work of Israel’ It is possible Tehran has argued that it had already released a list of its potential military targets and the embassy in Riyadh was not part of that list.

Diplomatic residence on target

According to the report, the embassy located in the Diplomatic Quarter of Riyadh was attacked by two drones. The first drone dodged the air defense system and fell directly into the complex, immediately after which the second drone exploded at the same place. Three floors of the embassy have been seriously damaged in this attack.

The most surprising thing is that American intelligence agency CIA station has also been hit by this attack. Apart from this, an attempt was also made to target the residence of a top US diplomat located at a short distance from the embassy.

American air power suffered a major blow

Even on the battlefield, the situation remains challenging for America. During the last 24 hours, Iran has claimed to have shot down two advanced American fighter jets. This includes powerful aircraft like the F-15 and A-10 Thunderbolt which are considered the backbone of the US Air Force. According to former CIA officer Bernard Hudson, these attacks show that attackers are now able to strike targets with precision at long ranges and that American bases are no longer safe.

Initial silence from Saudi officials

Immediately after the attack, Saudi officials tried to downplay the incident as a minor fire. However, it was later revealed that the fire at the embassy continued to burn for several hours, causing irreparable damage to many parts of the building.

Experts believe that if this attack had happened during the day, there could have been huge loss of life and property. At present, America and its allies are thoroughly investigating this attack so that the attackers can be identified.
