Lucknow. Industrialist Gautam Adani met Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath in Lucknow and expressed support for the state’s ambitious economic development goals. Chairman of Adani Group gave this information on the social media platform ‘X’ after this meeting held on Thursday and praised the Chief Minister’s vision of making Uttar Pradesh a big economic centre. Adani referred to a blueprint presented by Adityanath under which a target has been set to take the economy of Uttar Pradesh to US$ 1000 billion by 2030 and to US$ 6000 billion by 2047.
“Some visions reshape nations,” Adani wrote. It was an unforgettable moment to hear Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath presenting the blueprint of a developed Uttar Pradesh. An economy of $1000 billion by 2030 and $6000 billion by 2047…this is a declaration of what Uttar Pradesh is capable of becoming.”
He said, “Adani Group is proud to contribute to Uttar Pradesh’s transformation journey through investments in key sectors such as power, defence, airports, logistics, industrial parks and data centres. We are here to help build this future.” Earlier in the day on Thursday, Adani along with his wife Preeti Adani, son Karan Adani and daughter-in-law Paridhi Adani had offered prayers at the Ram temple in Ayodhya on the occasion of Hanuman Jayanti.

On the auspicious occasion of Hanuman Jayanti, the country’s leading industrialist Gautam Adani reached Maharishi Valmiki Airport in his private plane at around 9 am on Thursday. From there he first reached Shri Ram Janmabhoomi temple by road. Devoted his devotion in the court of Ramlala along with his family. Also worshiped Ram Darbar located on the first floor of the temple and Shri Ram Mahayantra installed on the second floor. After this he went to Gurukul Mahavidyalaya, where he performed havan-puja and interacted with the students. He also assured to provide proper cooperation.

While talking to journalists at Gurukul Mahavidyalaya, he said that the darshan of Shri Ram Temple is a very emotional and proud moment for him and his family. This temple is not only a center of faith but also a symbol of India’s culture, unity and self-confidence. The ideals of Lord Shri Ram inspire us to follow the path of truth, duty and service.
He prayed to Ramlala that his blessings remain upon everyone and the country continues to move forward on the path of progress. Describing the time spent in Gurukul as special, he said that even in today’s modern era, Gurukul is doing an important job of keeping our culture alive. Every possible support will be provided to carry forward this tradition through Adani Foundation. He expressed his sentiments by chanting “Jai Shri Ram”.
