Ahmedabad . Rajasthan Royals registered their first thrilling win of the season by defeating Gujarat Titans by 6 runs in a thrilling match of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2026. Tushar Deshpande’s brilliant bowling in the last over and Ravi Vishnoi’s four wickets became the main factors of this victory.
After winning the toss and batting first, Rajasthan scored a strong score of 210/6 in 20 overs. Yashasvi Jaiswal (55) and Dhruv Jurel (75) scored brilliant half-centuries to put the team in a strong position. While young Vaibhav Raghuvanshi played a brilliant inning of 31 runs.
In reply, Gujarat had a good start, where Sai Sudarshan played an excellent inning of 73 runs. However, Bishnoi changed the course of the match in the middle overs. He put Gujarat under pressure by taking consecutive wickets and sent four important batsmen to the pavilion.
Gujarat looked to be in a strong position at one time, but due to the fall of wickets the team was reduced to 133/5. After this, in the end, Rashid Khan and Kagiso Rabada made the match exciting by scoring fast runs. Then in the last over, Gujarat needed 11 runs to win, but Deshpande bowled brilliantly under pressure and gave only 4 runs and also took an important wicket.
