A tourist from Germany experienced the QR payment system in India and described it as magical. His video was shared on Instagram handle jarman_jugnuu and it is going viral rapidly. In the video he explains how the QR code based payment system in India has made everyday shopping easier. He says, “Paying in India is very simple. Just scan the QR code. It is available everywhere – temple, market, taxi or shop.”

The video’s caption also praised digital payments: “Paying in India is so easy. No cash or card required. Just bring your phone and payment is done. The real Digital India.”
Payment made easy for small sellers
Many users reacted to this video. Some said it was one of the best features in India, and UPI made payments easier for small sellers too. Others said that the facility of digital payment in India is far ahead of foreign countries and the memory of its convenience always remains in their hearts.
