1. Consume Amla
Amla is rich in Vitamin C, which helps in improving eyesight.
How to take:
- Take Amla juice or murabba daily
- Dry Amla powder can also be taken with water.
2. Include carrots in your diet
Carrots contain beta-carotene, which converts into vitamin A and improves eye health.
How to eat:
- eat raw carrots in salad
- You can also take carrot juice
3. Use of desi ghee
Ghee is considered beneficial for the eyes.
How to do:
- Lightly massage the soles of your feet with ghee before sleeping at night.
- Include small amount of ghee in the diet
4. Cleaning eyes with Triphala
Triphala helps in keeping the eyes clean and healthy.
How to do:
- Soak Triphala in water overnight

5. Yoga and exercises for eyes

- close your eyes and rest for a while
- Palming: Rub palms and place on eyes
6. Reduce screen time
Look 20 feet away for 20 seconds every 20 minutes (20-20-20 rule)
This reduces pressure on the eyes.
7. Get enough sleep
7–8 hours of sleep gives rest to the eyes and improves their efficiency.
