How to make fruit custard without milk

Step 1- First of all you have to soak the makhanas in lukewarm water. Keep the makhanas soaked for at least 4 hours.
Second step- By doing this the makhana will become clean and soft. After this, put these makhanas in the mixer.
Third step- Add cashew nuts and food color in the mixer. If you do not have food color, you can use some soaked threads of turmeric or saffron.
Fourth Step- After this, add vanilla essence, sugar and water in the mixer and grind everything well.
Fifth Step- Now take out this custard in any bowl and keep it in the fridge to cool.
Sixth Step- Finally, you have to add chopped seasonal fruits to this custard and your fruit custard is ready to serve.
