All speculations about Trump being ill put to an end, US President will attend the press briefing

Washington, April 6. There were reports regarding the health of US President Donald Trump since Sunday evening that he is unwell. Recently, American media had informed quoting the White House that Trump will not attend a major annual meeting of American Conservatives. In view of this, various kinds of speculations were being made. In such a situation, White House spokesperson Caroline Levitt has confirmed that the US President will talk to the media today. According to Indian time, Caroline gave this information at 3:19 am on April 6, which is approximately 5:49 pm on April 5, according to American time. The White House has rejected the rapidly spreading speculations on social media that President Donald Trump has been admitted to the hospital. The speculation began when the White House announced the ‘photo lid’ at 11 a.m. (ET) on Saturday. In diplomatic and administrative terminology, this means that the President has no other public programs scheduled for that day.

Some posts on White House Communications Director Steven Cheung rejected these claims, saying that the President’s schedule is normal. He wrote on the social media platform ‘X’, “There has been no president who has worked harder than Trump. Even on this Easter weekend, he is working continuously in the White House and Oval Office.”

A journalist reporting from Walter Reed National Military Medical Center also said there was no ‘Marine One’, no motorcade and no roads. CBS News reporter Emma Nicholson posted, “At 1:50 p.m. a Marine stands sentry at the West Wing door, indicating that the President is working inside.” Normally the presence of a Marine sentry at the entrance to the West Wing signals that the President is present and working in the building. However, this is not the first time that such false news is spreading regarding the health of the American President. Even before this, wrong information related to the President’s activities has been spreading rapidly on digital platforms.
