- To control your hunger, you should eat only 75% of your food. This will leave space for air and water in the remaining part of the stomach.
- According to Swami Ramdev, bottle gourd juice should be drunk daily. It cleans our body from inside.
- According to Ayurveda, one should avoid unhealthy foods. For example, salt and sour fruits should not be consumed with milk.
