The 12th match of IPL 2026 is being played between Kolkata Knight Riders and Punjab Kings at Eden Gardens. Kolkata captain Ajinkya Rahane won the toss and decided to bat first, after which something happened on the field, after which Punjab Kings captain Shreyas Iyer could not stop laughing.

In this match being played with Punjab Kings, Ajinkya Rahane and Finn Allen started the innings of Kolkata Knight Riders. second over of the innings Xavier brought Bartlett. A scene was seen in this over which could have caused injury to Xavier Bartlett.

Actually, Xavier Bartlett bowled the ball to Finn Allen in the second over, which Allen tried to play backwards away from the wicket, but the ball did not go very far, seeing which wicketkeeper Prabhsimran Singh and Xavier Bartlett ran towards the ball. Allen tried to run and score runs, but Prabhsimran Singh quickly reached the ball and hit it towards the wicket, but by then Xavier Bartlett had reached near the wicket and the ball hit his back. Finn Allen also returned to the crease. Seeing all this, all the players and captain Shreyas Iyer did not stop laughing.
