Eat protein-rich red lentil cheela

Masoor dal cheela is easily made. To make this cheela, you have to soak the lentils. Masoor dal cheela is the best breakfast for weight loss, eating which keeps your stomach full for a long time. Masoor dal cheela recipe
First Step- To make Masoor Dal Cheela, take 1 cup of red lentils i.e. washed masoor dal. First wash the lentils 2-3 times and then add water to it and leave it to soak for 5-6 hours. Now put the pulses in a grinder. Add 1 medium onion, 1 raw potato, ginger, cumin, asafoetida and 2 green chillies, salt and garam masala. Prepare a paste by grinding the lentils finely. You can add some water while grinding lentils.
Second step- You have to prepare the dal batter like gram flour cheela. You can make cheela instantly from the ground batter. For this, take Dosa tawa or any non-stick tawa. Apply some oil on the pan and let the pan heat. Now reduce the flame of the gas and add lentil paste on it and spread the cheela.
Third step-After spreading the cheela, add some green coriander on top. Now let the cheela sink on very low flame. Add some desi ghee on the side and bake the cheela by pressing it lightly. Now put desi ghee on it and turn the cheela by lifting it from the side. The cheela turns easily. Similarly, you have to prepare all the cheelas. You can eat them with chutney or sauce.
