Make rice cheela, delicious in taste
Rice Cheela: Have you ever eaten rice cheela? If not, then you should definitely try making this recipe. For your information, let us tell you that to make nutrient rich rice cheela, one cup of rice flour, one cup of semolina, one cup of curd, one cup of water, one cup of finely chopped onion, half cup of finely chopped tomato, 1/4 cup of finely chopped capsicum, 1/4 cup of finely chopped carrot, 3 finely chopped green chillies, salt, one tablespoon of crushed musk fenugreek and refined oil will be required.
Step 1- First of all, take semolina and rice flour in a bowl. Now add curd in the same bowl.
Second Step- After this you have to add half cup of water in this bowl and mix everything and keep it covered for about half an hour.
Third Step- During this time, you have to chop all the vegetables finely and keep them aside. After half an hour, add some water to this solution.
Fourth Step- After this, you have to mix finely chopped vegetables, salt and spices in this solution.
Fifth Step- Now apply refined oil on the pan and then spread this cheela mixture well on the pan.
Sixth Step- Bake the cheela from both the sides and then serve the hot cheela with chutney or tomato sauce.
