*Indriyaani Cha Sanyamya Bakvatpandito Narah;
देशकाल बलं ज्ञानत्वा सर्वकार्यानी सध्येत.*
Through the example of the heron, Acharya Chanakya gives an important message. When a heron hunts, it remains completely still and focused. His focus is only on his target—the fish. He doesn’t hurry; Rather, he waits patiently for the right opportunity. As soon as the opportunity comes, he grabs it immediately. Similarly, man should also concentrate his efforts.
focus on your goals
Acharya Chanakya says that every person should concentrate completely on his goals. If we repeatedly allow ourselves to be distracted or do things without thinking, it becomes difficult to achieve success. It is necessary to wait for the right time and have the wisdom to recognize the opportunity.
