1086 judges transferred in UP, know why the Chief Justice of Allahabad High Court took such a decision

Allahabad High Court has made large scale transfers of judicial officers in UP. The High Court has reshuffled the jurisdiction of 1086 judges of UP. These transfers have been made to streamline the work in the district courts. In the list released by Allahabad High Court, 408 Additional District and Sessions Judge (ADJ), 277 Civil Judge Senior Division and 401 Civil Judge Junior Division rank judicial officers have been transferred.

Transfers done on the orders of Allahabad High Court Chief Justice Arun Bhansali

Varun Mohit Nigam, Additional District and Sessions Judge, Bulandshahr, will now be the new Registrar (Judicial) (Listing) of Allahabad High Court. All these transfers have been done on the orders of Allahabad High Court Chief Justice Arun Bhansali. Notification for transfer of judicial officers has been issued by Allahabad High Court Registrar General Manjeet Singh Sheoran. As per the order, the officers posted in Allahabad High Court and Lucknow Bench will hand over the charge of their existing posts by the afternoon of 15th April and will take charge of their new posting through email from Allahabad High Court and Lucknow Bench. He will be relieved from the High Court with the permission of the court and till then he will remain attached to the High Court.

The transfer list of transferred judges has been uploaded on the website of Allahabad High Court. All these judicial officers have to join their new posting. Judicial officers from every district of the state are included in the transfer list. The transferred list also mainly includes the names of Registrars in which Bhagirath Verma, Additional District and Sessions Judge/Special Judge, Sitapur has been made Registrar (Judicial) (Stationery), Allahabad High Court, Lucknow Bench. Gyan Prakash Tiwari-II, Special Judge/Additional District and Sessions Judge, Ballia, has been made Registrar (Judicial) (Criminal), Allahabad High Court, Principal Bench. Varun Mohit Nigam, Additional District and Sessions Judge, Bulandshahr, has been appointed Registrar (Judicial) (Listing) in Allahabad High Court. Devendra Nath Goswami, Special Judge/Additional District and Sessions Judge, Sant Kabir Nagar, has been made Joint Registrar (Judicial) (Nazarat), Allahabad High Court, Lucknow Bench. Dhirendra Kumar-II, Special Judge/Additional District and Sessions Judge, Lucknow, has been posted as Registrar (Judicial) (Accounts), Allahabad High Court, Lucknow Bench. Nishant Singla, Additional District and Sessions Judge (Fast Track Court), Muzaffarnagar, has been made Joint Registrar (Judicial) (Inspection) in Allahabad High Court. Mayur Jain, Registrar (Judicial) (Listing), Allahabad High Court, has been made Additional District and Sessions Judge, Gautam Buddha Nagar. Pawan Kumar Sharma-I, Registrar (Judicial) (Computer), Allahabad High Court, will be made Registrar (Judicial) (Selection and Appointment/Seniority), Allahabad High Court.
