BJP president Nitin Navin alleged that “the words coming out of Mallikarjun Kharge’s mouth are actually from the Gandhi family. He has clearly said that Rahul Gandhi and Sonia Gandhi are controlling the Congress leaders through remote control. BJP believes that Kharge has been taught these things and is only speaking according to the instructions given by the senior leadership,” criticized Nitin Nabin.

The dispute between BJP and Congress has not been limited to mere rhetoric, but has now become mired in legal complications.
