Method of preparation

To make coriander lemon sherbet, first wash fresh coriander leaves thoroughly. Then grind coriander with some water and extract its juice. Take two glasses of water in a bowl and squeeze the juice of three lemons in it. Now add sugar to it and mix well until the sugar dissolves completely. After this add coriander juice, salt, black salt and green cardamom powder. Mix all the ingredients well and serve chilled with ice cubes in a serving glass.
