Nationwide Nano Fertilizer Awareness Campaign launched by IFFCO. IFFCO President Dilip Sanghani flagged off 5 Nano promotional vans from Delhi. Giving information in the press conference, Shri Sanghani said that this campaign will be conducted extensively in 560 districts and 3,477 tehsils of 19 states and union territories of the country.

He informed that Nano NPK Liquid (8-8-10) and Nano NPK Granular (20-10-10) have been formally included in the Fertilizer Control Order (FCO) of India.

Shri Sanghani said that India today stands at a historical juncture where tradition and technology are converging, and this combination is giving a new direction to Indian agriculture.

The Cooperative Ministry formed under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi is being run by the country’s first Cooperative Minister Amit Shah. The mantra of ‘Prosperity through cooperation’ fully reflects the spirit of this campaign and realizes the goal of ‘Self-reliant India, Self-reliant Agriculture’. Shri Sanghani described the nano fertilizer revolution as a transformative moment for Indian agriculture.

“Awareness campaigns at the village level have to be taken forward by strengthening each PACS and through field demonstrations. When farmers see the results themselves, confidence will automatically increase,” he said.

At the end of his address, Shri Dilip Sanghani called for making this campaign a mass movement. He said that nano fertilizer is not just a product, but an effective means of protecting land and environment and increasing the income of farmers. He said, “Let us all take a pledge together – lower costs, more production and healthy environment – ​​nano fertilizers in every field, this is the new India, this is self-reliant India.” IFFCO has achieved sales of more than 218 lakh bottles of Nano Urea Plus Liquid and more than 64.26 lakh bottles of Nano DAP Liquid. Nano Zinc and Nano Copper products have also achieved impressive sales of 57 lakh and 2 lakh bottles respectively in the first year. It is noteworthy that 208.26 lakh bottles of Nano Urea Plus is equivalent to 9.37 lakh metric tonnes of conventional urea, while 57.89 lakh bottles of Nano DAP is equivalent to 2.89 lakh metric tonnes of DAP, thereby providing huge savings to the country in logistics, energy and import costs.

IFFCO’s Nano fertilizer range includes Nano Urea Plus, Nano DAP, Nano NPK (Liquid and Granular), Nano Zinc, Nano Copper and bio-stimulant ‘Dhara Amrit’. ‘Dhara Amrit’ — which is enriched with amino acids, alginic acid, humic acid, essential minerals and banana juice — is becoming increasingly popular among farmers since its launch. IFFCO’s profit before tax for the financial year 2025-26 is estimated to exceed the historical level of ₹4,200 crore. Through continuous innovation in nanotechnology, drone technology, AI and data analytics, IFFCO is transforming India’s agri-food sector and pursuing the goal of ‘Prosperity from Cooperation’.
