Love Island: Beyond the Villa is an original documentary series from Peacock that is based on Love Island USA. It chronicles the lives of former islanders after they leave the show: dealing with their newfound fame from the villas, establishing new relationships/moving on from old relationships, developing friendships, pursuing careers, and dealing with any drama from the time they spent at the villa in Fiji.

Beginning in July 2025, Season 1 will follow former islanders from Season 6 (Leah Kateb, JaNa Craig, Serena Page, Kaylor Martin, etc.) and will include 8 episodes, all of which are available to stream.

Love Island USA Seasons 1-7 are on Peacock (US) only; other international streaming services may also carry them. Given that Love Island USA seasons 1 through 4 were produced for NBC Universal’s streaming service (Peacock), they will not be available through other services outside the U.S. If you are outside the U.S., then you may have to use VPN services to access them.

Love Island: Beyond the Villa – Release time

  • Premiere: Wednesday, April 15, 2026with the first two episodes dropping at 6 pm PT / 9 pm ET.
  • Ongoing: Two new episodes every Wednesday at 9 p.m. ET / 6 p.m. PT until the finale.
  • Expected schedule (assuming 8 episodes, like Season 1): Episodes 1–2 on Apr 15; 3–4 on Apr 22; 5–6 on Apr 29; 7–8 on May 6, 2026.

Production wrapped in early 2026 after filming began in November 2025.

There are eight episodes in season one, and season two will likely use a similar structure, with something like eight episodes (likely to be released in pairs weekly); no exact numbers are confirmed, but we do have confirmation of weekly Wednesday releases for the paired episodes through to the end of the current season.

Peacock, as well as other social media platforms, has posted a trailer for the upcoming second season. This trailer highlights various hometowns, relationship updates, and some of the series drama. It’s highly recommended that viewers review Season 1 in advance to be prepared for viewing Season 2.

It was confirmed that ITV America is producing the second season of the series. As of April 12, 2026, there are no confirmed airing dates for any episodes of Season 2 (premieres just days after filming), or for other international markets (aside from the US, where you could be required to have Peacock Premium for viewing any episodes of Season 2).
