Rampur again tops in IGRS report, Yogi government’s development works are being implemented rapidly.
Lucknow: Under the leadership of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, Uttar Pradesh has been moving rapidly towards overall development for the last nine years. During this period, not only the basic facilities are being expanded in the state, but the upliftment of every section of the society is also being ensured. Integrated Grievance Redressal System (IGRS) is playing an important role in realizing the dreams of CM Yogi. IGRS is continuously monitoring public hearings, public welfare schemes and revenue works, thereby helping the districts in setting better administrative standards. In this series, in the March report of IGRS, Rampur has secured the first position in the state by scoring 139 marks, while Hathras and Barabanki have secured the second position by scoring equal marks and Shahjahanpur and Pilibhit have secured the third position by scoring equal marks.

Along with disposal of public grievances, 109 programs of 49 departments are reviewed every month.
IGRS releases reports of revenue works, development works and hearing of public complaints of the districts every month. IGRS reviews 109 programs of 49 departments in districts across the state on the basis of various parameters. After this the ranking of the districts is released. According to the February report of IGRS, Rampur has secured first position in the state by scoring 139 marks against the standard integer number of 140. Its ratio is 99.29 percent. District Magistrate Rampur Ajay Kumar Dwivedi said that the IGRS report evaluates the performance of those districts which have done remarkable work in administrative efficiency, development works and revenue management. He said that as per the intention of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, development works in Rampur are being completed in a quality and time bound manner. Along with this, the complaints received through IGRS are being resolved quickly and in a quality manner.
Public hearing and IGRS complaints are being resolved on priority basis.
Hathras District Magistrate Atul Vats said that on the instructions of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, complaints are being resolved in public hearings on priority basis in the district. This is the reason why the disposal rate of public complaints has improved in the district in the last four months. Many other works are being done to make it more effective. Not only this, the development projects are reviewed by meeting with the officials every week to ensure quality and completion within the stipulated time frame. Besides, the complaints of the general public are being resolved on priority basis. IGRS report is issued only on satisfactory feedback regarding resolution of their problems. In such a situation, in the report of IGRS for the month of March, Hathras is at second place in the entire state. Hathras scored 137 marks against the total score of 140. Similarly, Barabanki also got second position by scoring 137 marks.

Hamirpur, Saharanpur, Ballia, Prayagraj and Mathura made place in the top ten.
Shahjahanpur and Pilibhit have secured the third position by scoring equal 136 marks against the total number of 140. Whereas Sonbhadra, Kannauj, Ambedkar Nagar and Hapur have secured the fourth position by scoring equal 135 marks. Apart from this, Bareilly, Azamgarh, Lakhimpur Kheri stood fifth by securing 134 marks. Hamirpur, Saharanpur, Ballia, Prayagraj and Mathura have made it to the top ten districts.
