Its principle is to systematically destroy all houses so that the dwellings become uninhabitable. Israel has made it clear that it will occupy a large part of southern Lebanon. And a safe zone will be created up to the Litani river. IDPs in Lebanon will not be allowed to return home until the security of Israel’s northern cities is ensured.
