Eating it daily improves digestion, maintains energy in the body and overall health also remains good. Today we will tell you an easy way to make multigrain roti, so that you can prepare it easily in less time.
1 cup wheat flour
1/2 cup millet flour
1/2 cup jowar flour
1/2 cup corn flour
1/2 cup gram flour
3 tbsp desi ghee
salt as per taste
How to make multigrain roti?
Take a big bowl and add wheat, millet, jowar and maize flour in it and mix everything well.
Now add salt as per taste and mix well. After this, knead the dough well by adding lukewarm water little by little.
After kneading the dough, cover it with a cloth and keep it to set for 10 minutes.
After the stipulated time, break the dough into equal sized balls.
Now heat the pan on medium gas. Meanwhile, take a ball and roll it. When the pan is hot, put the roti on the pan and cook it well from both the sides.
In this way your multigrain roti is ready. Apply ghee and serve it with hot vegetables or chutney.
