This fitness routine of Karan is very easy and effective. This can be done at home, office or even while traveling. It does not require any kind of device. The workout has been designed as a circuit. Each exercise has to be done for 30 seconds, then a break of 30 seconds has to be taken. This entire circuit has to be repeated twice.
