In a conversation with IANS, he told that Asha Tai was not just a singer but an inspiration for him.

Speaking to IANS, the show’s contestant Anshika Chaukar said, “This loss is huge for me personally. There can be no other singer like Asha Tai. Being a singer, I am feeling this grief more deeply. Even if many people try to sing like her in the future, her identity and her style will always be different, which cannot be repeated.”

At the same time, Ankita Pradhan also shared her experience and said, “It is not easy to express in words the sorrow of Asha ji’s departure. When I reached for the last darshan, I felt as if Asha ji was still present there, just in deep sleep.”

His voice and the cheerfulness of his songs, that special style, are still alive in the hearts of people. It is difficult to see a singing style like hers in any other singer, because she was a unique identity in herself.”

Abhishek Kumar also expressed his deep condolences and said, “This day is no less than a dark day for Hindi cinema and the music world. We all have grown up listening to her voice and our understanding of music has developed through her songs. Asha ji did not just sing songs, but she taught the true spirit of music to many generations. It will be very difficult to fill the void left by her departure.”

It is noteworthy that Asha Bhosle died on Sunday at Breach Candy Hospital in Mumbai. She was 92 years old and was suffering from age related problems for a long time.
