Bihar Cabinet recommends dissolution of the current government, Chief Minister will resign today
Patna. A big development came to light in the politics of Bihar on Tuesday, when the decision to dissolve the present government was taken in the cabinet meeting chaired by Chief Minister Nitish Kumar.
In this meeting which lasted for about 20 minutes, the cabinet unanimously approved this proposal, after which the way was cleared for the formal end of the government.
During the cabinet meeting, Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, while addressing the ministers, said in an emotional tone that he is going to Delhi, but will keep an eye on the situation in the state from there also.
He expressed his affection and gratitude towards all the ministers. After this he announced the dissolution of the cabinet, due to which the atmosphere of the meeting became emotional.
After the meeting, Minister Lakhendra Paswan said that the Chief Minister called it an emotional moment and inspired all the ministers to work better than before. He said that the government together has made important efforts towards making Bihar a developed state and now it is everyone’s responsibility to take it forward.
Meanwhile, Minister Ram Kripal Yadav said that this moment was emotional and the Chief Minister expressed his gratitude to everyone. He said that Nitish Kumar has worked for the development of the state for almost 20 years and he is now going to submit his resignation to the Governor.
Minister Lacey Singh also called it a proud and emotional moment. He said that it has been an honor for him to work with such a leader for so long.
After dissolving the cabinet, Chief Minister Nitish Kumar will submit his resignation to the Governor at 3:15 pm today. Meanwhile, Bharatiya Janata Party has also called an important meeting of the legislature party today, in which Shivraj Singh Chauhan will attend as a central observer.
Also, there is information about the party’s national president Nitin Naveen reaching Patna. Preparations have now intensified in political circles for the formation of the new government and the possible swearing-in ceremony.
