CBSE 10th Result: CBSE 10th result released, daughters won again; How was the performance of transgenders?

CBSE 10th Result 2026: CBSE 10th board exam results have been released today. There is an atmosphere of happiness among the students as soon as the results are released. According to the data released by CBSE, this time the success rate of girls was 94.99 percent, while the success rate of boys was 92.69 percent.

In the year 2025, the success rate of girl students was 95 percent, whereas this time the result was almost the same. It was 94.99 percent. Similarly, if we look at the results of students, there has been a slight improvement in 2026. It increased from 92.63 percent to 92.69 percent. Talking about transgender students, 87.50 percent passed the examination in 2026. This figure is less than last year, but their performance amidst all the social challenges is being considered quite commendable.

New record in releasing results

Let us tell you that in the year 2026, about 24,71,777 students had participated in the CBSE 10th board examination. Out of these, 23,16,008 students were successful. This time the success rate in the examination was 93.70 percent, which is better than the success rate of 93.66 percent last year 2025. CBSE Board has also created a new record in releasing the 10th exam results this time. This time the board released the exam results about a month ago. Usually the results are released in the middle of May. This time the evaluation of more than 1.6 crore answer sheets was also completed in a very short time. This in itself is considered a big achievement of the board.

Deployment of 20 lakh room inspectors

CBSE Board had achieved another achievement during the examination this year. On 21st February 2026, the Board had successfully conducted the examination of 24,95,022 candidates in just one day. This was a big task like making a world record. A large scale management was also done to complete this process, the examination was conducted in more than 10 lakh rooms. During this period, more than 20 lakh room inspectors were deployed. This was the largest ever organized by any educational board in a single day.
