Even the middle order could not do wonders

Lucknow team had lost five wickets by the time they reached 118 runs. After this the batting completely disintegrated and the fall of wickets continued. Ultimately the entire team was reduced to a score of 146 runs. Mitchell Marsh contributed the most by scoring 40 runs, but he did not get support from other batsmen.

Great performance by RCB bowlers

The bowlers performed brilliantly for Bengaluru. Rasikh Salam Dar bowled lethally and took 4 wickets. Bhuvneshwar Kumar took 3 wickets, while Krunal Pandya played an important role in wrapping up Lucknow’s innings by taking 2 wickets.

Virat Kohli as impact player

Virat Kohli is not included in the playing eleven in this match. However, it is expected that he can take the field as an impact player while chasing the target, which will strengthen the team’s batting.
