HR manager of ‘TCS’ Nashik, Maharashtra, Nida Khan, is away from the police.

Nashik. Nida Khan, who is working as HR Manager of Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) in Nashik branch of Maharashtra, has not been traceable till now. Since the alleged conversion conspiracy related to Nida Khan was exposed, the police have registered 9 FIRs and made 8 people accused in this case.

Nida Khan, considered the main accused, is absconding for the last 20 days and the police has not been able to find any clue about her. Police said that Nida Khan, who came from an ordinary Muslim family of Nashik, was working as a manager and team leader in TCS.

Police investigation has revealed shocking information that Nida Khan was allegedly involved at the operational level in activities like harassing Hindu girls during daily planning meetings and pressurizing them to convert.

He is absconding since the matter came to light and three police teams are searching for him, but till now no clue has been found. Investigation has also revealed that religious conversion is said to be the main motive behind mental harassment and sexual exploitation of Hindu girls working in TCS.

Like another case in Uttar Pradesh, the police suspect involvement of an international gang in this case too. For this reason, the local police is now taking the help of the National Investigation Agency (NIA).

Difficult to disclose without arrest
According to police records, Nida’s full name is Nida Ejaz Khan and her age is said to be 26 years. She was working in TCS since 2021. Her maternal home is in Dwarka area of Nashik and her husband works in a private company.

It is alleged that she had a major role in luring Hindu girls into love affairs with Muslim youths working in TCS and she provided every possible help to the accused.

Till now, it has come to light that 78 complaints have been filed against some Muslim youths working in TCS, but despite being the HR manager, Nida has not taken any action against them. It is also suspected that he may have links with an international conversion gang.

Accusations of negligence on TCS management
According to an employee of the company, even though Nida Khan is being said to be the main conspirator in this case, other high-ranking people of the company may also be behind her.

The employee says that it is not possible for a 26 year old girl working as an HR in a branch to get such wide powers. To suppress the matter, about 150 employees of TCS based in Nashik have been instructed to work from home from April 13.

The team of National Commission for Women is scheduled to visit Nashik on 18 April. Before this, allegations of an attempt to suppress the matter are also being made. Employees have blamed the negligence of TCS top management for this incident.

Awaiting official information
After the absconding of Nida Ejaz Khan, three main things are in discussion. Firstly, he was getting support from the top management of the company and secondly, he is likely to have links with PFI and international conversion network.

Thirdly, he is being feared to flee to Kerala with the help of PFI. However, senior police officers say that at present the investigation is going on and three teams are searching for him. The entire matter can be officially disclosed only after his arrest.
