Materials:
- Dry Red Chillies – 10 to 12
- Garlic cloves – 8 to 10
- Roasted peanuts – 2 tbsp
- Salt – as per taste
- Oil – 1 to 2 tbsp
- Cumin – ½ tsp

Action:
- First clean the dry red chillies and remove their stems.
- Heat some oil in a pan and lightly fry red chillies in it. Do not let them burn.
- In the same pan, add garlic and cumin seeds and saute a little.
- Now peel the roasted peanuts and keep them ready.
- Grind the chilies first in a blender or mixer.
- Add garlic, cumin, peanuts and salt to it and make a thick paste again.
- Finally add some hot oil on top and mix well.
- Thecha has always felt thick and its real taste comes through.
