Materials:

  • Dry Red Chillies – 10 to 12
  • Garlic cloves – 8 to 10
  • Roasted peanuts – 2 tbsp
  • Salt – as per taste
  • Oil – 1 to 2 tbsp
  • Cumin – ½ tsp

Action:

  • First clean the dry red chillies and remove their stems.
  • Heat some oil in a pan and lightly fry red chillies in it. Do not let them burn.
  • In the same pan, add garlic and cumin seeds and saute a little.
  • Now peel the roasted peanuts and keep them ready.
  • Grind the chilies first in a blender or mixer.
  • Add garlic, cumin, peanuts and salt to it and make a thick paste again.
  • Finally add some hot oil on top and mix well.
