Banana Cheela Recipe
First step- To make cheela, you will have to take 2 bananas which are well ripe. Wash, peel the banana and grind it in a blender. Add half a cup of milk to the ground banana and mix it to make a paste. Now add 2 spoons of honey and wheat flour as per requirement to this paste. Make a smooth batter by beating all the ingredients.
Second step- Now to make chali, take a non-stick pan or tawa. Add some ghee and make it smooth. Let the medicine heat on medium flame and then reduce the flame and pour the batter with a big ladle and spread it. Now make it as thin or thick as cheela as per your convenience.
Third step- Cover the top and cook the cheela on low flame. When the cheela turns golden in color after getting cooked from both the sides, take it out. Now add some honey on the cheela, this will make the cheela taste like pancake. Garnish with some chopped banana pieces and serve banana cheela.
Fourth step- You can also give this cheela to children by adding some chocolate syrup on it. If you want to make cheela sweeter, you can add some sugar to the batter. If you prepare cheela in this way and eat it, you will get rich taste and your stomach will also get filled easily.
