The style and design of both these bikes are completely different. Dominar 400 is a touring bike mainly made for long distance travel. Whereas Triumph Speed 400 is a retro roadster style bike. So it becomes important to choose according to the usage.

Difference between engine and performance
The updated Dominar 400 is powered by a 349cc single-cylinder liquid-cooled engine, which produces 40.6hp of power and 33.2Nm of torque. It has a 6-speed gearbox. On the other hand, the Triumph Speed 400 has a 350cc engine that produces 37hp of power and 32Nm of torque.
Bajaj Dominar 400 Design
The design of the Dominar 400 has not changed much. It looks similar to the older 400cc model. Perimeter frame is used in this. 43mm USD forks are provided at the front. Adjustable monoshock suspension is provided at the rear and curb weight of the bike is 193 kg.
Special suspension for the rear wheel makes this bike comfortable even on rough roads. Due to this reason, this bike is considered as a good choice for long distance travel and highway riding.
