Former security personnel told the whole truth about real earnings and exposed the misconceptions of social media

New Delhi: Various types of discussions have been going on on social media for a long time regarding the security arrangements of Bollywood stars and the earnings of the bodyguards who work with them. Recently, a claim went viral in which it was said that the bodyguards of big film stars earn crores of rupees annually and their monthly income is in lakhs. This claim created a lot of curiosity among the people, but now the former security personnel has clarified the situation and put forward the whole truth.

According to the former bodyguard, such big financial claims are far from reality. He explained that security personnel usually receive a fixed monthly salary which is decided based on their experience, responsibility and nature of work. He made it clear that neither is there any normal system like annual package of crores nor is there a regular income of lakhs of rupees every month.

He also said that in some special circumstances like during film shooting or big events, additional payment is definitely made, but it cannot be considered a part of permanent income. According to him, incomplete or exaggerated information is often spread on social media, which creates confusion about the real situation.

While sharing his experiences, the former security personnel also said that in the initial period, security personnel on film sets did not get regular payment like other technical staff. Gradually, over time, understanding the nature of work, separate contract systems and formal payment structures were developed, allowing security personnel to work in a more transparent system.

He also clarified that even in today’s time, the income of security personnel completely depends on the work responsibility, experience and project. This is not a decidedly high income area as is sometimes portrayed on social media.

After this statement, it becomes clear that the perception of excessive earnings made regarding the security arrangements of Bollywood stars does not match the reality and most of the figures are based on exaggeration.
