Boneless fish pieces (250 grams), lemon juice (1 teaspoon), ginger-garlic paste (1 teaspoon), red chili powder, turmeric, garam masala, salt (as per taste), corn or wheat breads (tortilla), finely chopped onion, tomato, coriander, and thick curd or cream.
How to make Fish Taco
Making fish tacos is very easy. Firstly, marinate the fish pieces with lemon, ginger-garlic paste and all the dry spices for 15 minutes. Then heat some oil in a pan and fry the fish on both sides until it becomes golden and crisp. Next, lightly heat the rotis or tortillas and place the fried fish pieces in between them. Add finely chopped onion, tomato and green coriander on top. Finally, add some curd or cream to enhance the taste and serve hot.
