Material

Ripe Bael fruit – 1
Cold water – 3-4 cups
Jaggery or sugar – as per taste
Black salt – ½ tsp
Roasted cumin powder – ½ tsp

Method of preparation

Break the bael fruit and take out its pulp. Add water to the pulp and mash it well so that all the juice comes out. Filter this mixture and separate the seeds and fibers. Now add jaggery/sugar, black salt and roasted cumin seeds and mix well. Cool and serve.
