How to make Bread Upma
Bread Upma is a very tasty breakfast dish. To prepare this, first cut the bread slices into small cubes. If you want, you can also toast it lightly so that the bread becomes crispy.
Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds and when it starts crackling, add curry leaves and green chillies. This makes the base of upma tasty. Now add chopped onion to it and fry until it becomes light golden. Then add tomatoes and turmeric and cook well until the tomatoes become soft.
Now add chopped bread cubes and mix gently. Take care that the bread does not break. If needed, you can sprinkle some water. Add salt on top and mix well. After turning off the gas, add lemon juice and green coriander. Your delicious bread upma is ready.
