Makhana Fruit Cream
Material: Makhana 1 cup, cashew nuts 2 tbsp, almonds 2 tbsp, dates (deseeded) 3, black raisins 1 tbsp, cardamom powder ½ tsp, saffron ½ tsp, hot water 1 cup, figs 2, apple finely chopped ½ cup, pomegranate ½ cup, pear finely chopped ½ cup.
Method: First of all, add makhana, cashew nuts, almonds, dates, black raisins, figs, cardamom powder, saffron in a vessel. Now add 1 cup of hot water to all these things and let them soak. Grind them all well after half an hour. Put apple, pomegranate and pear pieces in a bowl, pour the ground mixture over it and mix. Now keep it in the fridge for an hour and serve.
Sugar Free Carrot Halwa
Material: Carrots ½ kg, Milk ½ kg, Cashews (finely chopped) 2 tbsp, Almonds (finely chopped) 2 tbsp, Dates soaked in hot water 7-8, Raisins 2 tbsp, Cardamom powder ½ tsp.
Method: First of all grate the carrot. Add 1 tablespoon ghee in a pan and cook the carrots for 2 minutes, then add milk and let the carrots cook while stirring occasionally. Now make a paste of dates by adding some water. When the carrots are cooked well in milk, add date paste. Add cashews, almonds, raisins and cardamom powder. Cook for 2 more minutes and serve hot.
Sugar Free Makhana Kheer

Material: Milk 1 liter, Makhane 1 cup, Cashews finely chopped 2 tbsp, Almonds finely chopped 2 tbsp, Chironji 2 tsp, Soaked dates 8-10, Ghee 1 tbsp, Cardamom powder ½ tsp.
Method: Boil the milk and reduce it to half. Roast the makhana in ghee until it becomes crispy and when it cools down, crush it a little with your hands. When the milk boils and reduces to half, then add finely chopped cashew nuts, almonds, chironji, cardamom powder and dates into the milk. Now add makhana, boil for 2 more minutes and serve hot.
Kulfi without sugar

Material: Cashews the cup, Almonds the cup, Dates (deseeded) 8, Makhana the cup, Cardamom powder ½ tsp, Milk 1 cup, Paneer 100 grams.
Method: Soak cashews, almonds, dates, makhana, cardamom powder in a cup of milk for 1 hour. After 1 hour, add all the soaked ingredients and cheese in the mixer grinder and grind them. Now put the mixture in any box and keep it in the freezer to set. Enjoy Kulfi after 6 hours.
Sugar Free Carrot Smoothie

Material: Grated carrots ½ cup, cashew nuts 10-12, almonds 10-12, dates 3, soaked figs 2, cardamom powder ½ tsp, milk 1 glass Method: Put carrots, cashew nuts, almonds, dates, figs, cardamom powder and milk in the mixer jar and grind them. After grinding, put it in a glass and garnish with finely chopped cashews and almonds.
