Method: First of all, add makhana, cashew nuts, almonds, dates, black raisins, figs, cardamom powder, saffron in a vessel. Now add 1 cup of hot water to all these things and let them soak. Grind them all well after half an hour. Put apple, pomegranate and pear pieces in a bowl, pour the ground mixture over it and mix. Now keep it in the fridge for an hour and serve.

Material: Carrots ½ kg, Milk ½ kg, Cashews (finely chopped) 2 tbsp, Almonds (finely chopped) 2 tbsp, Dates soaked in hot water 7-8, Raisins 2 tbsp, Cardamom powder ½ tsp.
Method: First of all grate the carrot. Add 1 tablespoon ghee in a pan and cook the carrots for 2 minutes, then add milk and let the carrots cook while stirring occasionally. Now make a paste of dates by adding some water. When the carrots are cooked well in milk, add date paste. Add cashews, almonds, raisins and cardamom powder. Cook for 2 more minutes and serve hot.
