Ajit Doval on Saudi Arabia tour, grand welcome at airport, discussion on bilateral relations

New Delhi . National Security Advisor Ajit Doval reached Riyadh on Sunday on his visit to Saudi Arabia. He was welcomed at the airport by Indian Ambassador Dr. Suhail Khan and senior officials of the Saudi Foreign Ministry.

During the visit, Doval met Saudi Arabia’s Energy Minister Prince Abdulaziz bin Salman, Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan and National Security Advisor Dr. Musaed Al-Aiban. In these meetings, discussions were held on further strengthening India-Saudi Arabia bilateral relations, increasing energy cooperation and taking the strategic partnership forward.

Apart from this, various issues related to the ongoing conflict in West Asia, regional security situation and mutual interests were also discussed. Both sides emphasized on strengthening regional stability and cooperation.
