Premanand Maharaj reached Virat, Anushka before Gujarat Titans match

India’s legendary cricketer Virat Kohli along with his wife Anushka Sharma has once again reached Vrindavan for the shelter of Premanand Maharaj. The couple was seen engrossed in devotion to the name Radha at Premanand Ji Maharaj’s ashram Shri Hit Radha Kelly Kunj on Monday. Virat and Anushka took the blessings of Premanand Maharaj and also participated in satsang and private talks.

On this occasion the couple looked very simple. Anushka is wearing an off-white suit and Urdhvapundra tilak on her forehead. Virat is also seen immersed in devotion to the name ‘Radha’ wearing a Tulsi garland around his neck. Let us tell you that Virat and Anushka have been coming to see Premanand Maharaj for the last many years. The last time he had reached Kelly Kunj Ashram for darshan on 17th February.

Last year, i.e. in 2025, Virat and Anushka had reached Vrindavan thrice to seek the shelter of Premanand Maharaj. Not only this, after the birth of their son Akay, the couple reached the ashram with both their children. Vamika was in Virat Kohli’s lap, while Akay was with mother Anushka. Even after announcing his retirement from Test cricket, the cricketer and his wife had visited the ashram and asked many questions to Premanand Maharaj.

Anushka had asked, “Can God be found just by chanting the name?” Then Premanand Maharaj praised the couple and advised both of them to chant the name of Radha strongly. He had said that after getting so much wealth and glory, it is very difficult to worship God. In such a situation, always proceed humbly in your work.

Let us tell you that RCB’s last match in IPL 2026 was against Delhi Capitals on Saturday at their home ground M. Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru, where Kohli could score only 19 runs in just 13 balls while opening. Now, before the next match against Gujarat Titans on the same ground on Friday, the cricketers were seen immersed in the colors of devotion.
