Partial amendment in the three-tier Panchayat electoral roll revision program, final publication will be on June 10.

District Magistrate/District Election Officer (Pt.) BN Singh has informed that a partial amendment has been made in the previously issued revised public notice for major revision of the electoral rolls of the three-tier Panchayats of Sonbhadra district. Proceedings of duplication and computerization of voters from 21st April 2026 to 28th May 2026, numbering of polling stations/places after computerization, mapping of wards of polling places, voters.

Numbering, allocation, downloading of photocopies of voter list, etc., final publication of electoral rolls to the general public on June 10, 2026. The program of revision of electoral rolls of three-tier panchayats under their jurisdiction will be widely publicized in major local newspapers by the Electoral Registration Officers and Assistant Electoral Registration Officers and these programs will also be displayed on the notice boards of all the concerned offices for public information.

On the public holidays falling during the major revision of electoral rolls, the concerned offices will remain open and the proceedings will be completed as per the scheduled schedule. While ensuring strict compliance of the orders, the work of deduplication of electoral rolls of three-tier Panchayats will be completed as per the prescribed time table. The previously issued amended public shall be deemed as amended.
