Summer health problems and their solutions
Many health problems arise during the summer season, such as prickly heat, oily skin, pimples, bad smell of sweat, dehydration, headache, heat stroke, and nose bleeding. People take many measures to avoid these, but are often not successful. Today we are sharing some effective remedies, which can provide relief from the problems caused in summer.
1. Body temperature increases in summer, due to which excess water is released in the form of sweat. There is excess salt in sweat, which sticks to the skin and causes prickly heat. To avoid this, reduce the consumption of hot foods like tea, coffee, eggs, meat and fish.
For prickly heat, boil neem leaves and take bath with cold water. Icing the heat rash with ice is also beneficial.
2. In summer, excess oil comes out from the facial skin, which causes pimples and acne. Mixing the juice of one lemon and one spoon aloe vera juice and applying it on the face reduces oily skin and pimples.
3. Excess of salt in sweat smells bad. Boil neem leaves and take bath or mix lemon juice in water and apply it on the body. This will remove the smell of sweat.
4. To avoid dehydration, eat juicy fruits like cucumber, watermelon, cucumber, and mango. There will be no shortage of water in the body by drinking cold buttermilk, sherbet, and lemon water.
5. In case of headache due to heat, mix the juice of basil or mint leaves in water and apply it on the head. This will provide relief from headache.
6. The problem of heat stroke or nose bleeding increases in summer. Consuming onion controls body temperature and provides relief from nosebleeds.
7. There can be problem of gym walking and vomiting in summer. Drinking mint juice mixed with cold water provides instant relief.
