Madhya Pradesh Mohan Yadav Government News: of Madhya Pradesh Farmers will now get not only one or two times but as much as four times compensation for land acquisition. The proposal was approved in the Cabinet meeting held at the Secretariat on Tuesday under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Mohan Yadav. In addition, the Cabinet has also approved the proposal to set up ‘Shelter Homes’ in the state for the benefit of the patients in the state. Meanwhile, a major irrigation project has also been approved for Ujjain district. Moreover, the Mohan administration has also approved a proposal to allocate Rs 990 crore for distribution of bicycles to students. Apart from this, the government has also approved several other important proposals.

A gift for the farmers of Madhya Pradesh

During the Mohan cabinet meeting, the government has given a big relief to the farmers. Now whenever a government project is taken up and it requires land acquisition of rural farmers, they will be compensated four times the value of the land. This means that the government will pay the farmers much more than the current market price of their land. As a result, this decision is being seen as a big relief for the farming community.

Shelter centers will be set up in Madhya Pradesh

The Mohan administration has also taken an important decision regarding the health department. Now, on the premises of district hospitals and medical colleges in the state, ‘Nivara Kendras’ will be set up to accommodate the relatives accompanying the patients. The cabinet has officially approved the proposal. Accommodation and food facilities will be provided for relatives of patients in these shelter centers. All these facilities will be available to relatives at affordable rates. The government has also made it clear that this facility will also be made available in medical colleges currently under construction. Moreover, in another decision related to the health department, the government has decided to allocate Rs.2000 crore. The funds will be used to develop facilities like organ transplant units and ‘cath labs’ in medical colleges.

Additionally, the Mohan administration has approved a budget of Rs 990 crore for distribution of bicycles to students across Madhya Pradesh. Under this initiative, over the next five years, bicycles will be distributed to all students studying in classes 6th and 9th; For this, the government will spend Rs 990 per cycle. Additionally, Rs 1,200 crore will be provided for educational training institutions; This will include various construction and development projects in all districts of the state. The Mohan government has also approved the continuation of ‘CM Care Scheme 2026’ in Madhya Pradesh. Under this initiative, Rs 3,628 crore will be spent over the next five years.

A big gift for Ujjain

During the Mohan Cabinet meeting, Ujjain district also received an important gift; In this meeting, an irrigation project worth Rs 157 crore was approved for Ujjain division. 35 villages of Ujjain district will benefit from this scheme. Apart from Ujjain, Chhindwara district will also benefit from the rehabilitation package; Under this provision, the Mohan Cabinet has sanctioned an additional fund of Rs 128 crore for this district and disbursed it.
