According to the Meteorological Department, strong winds gusting up to 70 km/h may blow across Bihar and Jharkhand between April 25 and 27. There is a possibility of hailstorms in Jharkhand on April 26 and 27. Furthermore, heavy rainfall is expected in Sub-Himalayan West Bengal and Sikkim between April 25 and 27.

According to the Meteorological Department, there is a likelihood of light to moderate rainfall—accompanied by thunderstorms, lightning, and strong winds—in Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, and Tripura on the 23rd, and in Assam and Meghalaya between April 25 and 29.
