Robertsganj Police got big success, 01 accused wanted for serious crime including rape and SC/ST Act arrested.

Under the direction of Superintendent of Police Sonbhadra Abhishek Verma, guidance of Additional Superintendent of Police (Headquarters) Anil Kumar, close supervision of Area Officer City Randhir Singh and under the leadership of Police Station Robertsganj, Robertsganj Police Station has achieved significant success in the ongoing campaign to arrest accused wanted in heinous crimes.

On the basis of the informer’s information, the police team conducted an effective siege and registered FIR No. 249/2026 at Robertsganj Police Station, accused wanted in the case related to section 64(1), 333, 115(2), 352 and 351(3) of Indian Justice Code and section 3(2)(5), 3(1)(d), 3(1)(s) of SC/ST Act, Suraj Kashyap, son of Gulab, resident ward. No. 10 Hameed Nagar Purba Mohalla, Police Station Robertsganj, District Sonbhadra was arrested from Ghuwas Mohalla area on 24.04.2026.

Further legal action is being taken against the arrested accused as per rules.
