Bhujangasana

This asana in yoga is the right option to eliminate uric acid. For this you lie down on your stomach on the ground. When you are lying upside down, you will have to keep your soles and toes completely flat so that your upper part can lift properly. Now what you have to do is to raise your palms forward keeping them on either side of the chest. And the chest also has to be lifted. And then you have to breathe. Hold your breath. Due to which one can sit properly. Do this asana three or four times.
Pawanmuktasana

This asana is very beneficial for removing any kind of dirty substance from the body. To do this, lie down on your back. Then bend your knees and bring them up and hold them with your hands. Then try to place your head on your knees. Due to this, the uric acid present in your body comes down. Do this asana three to four times. Due to which when you pass urine. So he leaves.
Trikonasana

To do Trikonasana, stand straight. Then open your legs. And take the right hand down towards the left leg. If one hand is down the other will be up. This stretches the body well. You have to turn it from both the sides. This will reduce your uric acid from the body.
