DM SP inspected the examination centers and gave necessary guidelines
DM-SP conducted surprise inspection of various centers of Home Guard recruitment examination.
Instructions were given to conduct the examination in a fair and safe manner while ensuring letter and spirit compliance with the Board’s instructions.
In view of the scorching heat, instructions to ensure regular maintenance of drinking water, shade, electricity and other basic facilities at all examination centers.

With a view to conduct the Home Guard Volunteer Recruitment Examination in the district in a fair, peaceful and orderly manner, District Magistrate Isha Priya along with Superintendent of Police Prachi Singh conducted a surprise inspection of various examination centres, such as BNKB PG College Akbarpur, BN Inter College Akbarpur, Sarvodaya Inter College Kotwa Mohammadpur and Dr. GK Jaitley Inter College Akbarpur. During this, the pair of officers inspected the various examination rooms including the clock room, strong room, CCTV control room etc. made at the examination centers and took stock of the arrangements.
During this, the District Magistrate directed all the 09 examination centers of the district to ensure strict compliance of the prescribed SOP of the Board and conduct the examination in a proper manner. He directed all the center administrators and magistrates to ensure drinking water, shady waiting areas, toilets, electricity, proper seating arrangements, cleanliness and basic facilities for the candidates at the examination centers in all shifts. He instructed to strictly follow the security standards at the examination centres, intensive checking at the entry gate, identity verification of the candidates, and vigilant monitoring of suspicious activities. He said that strict action should be taken against any kind of unwanted activity or use of unfair means.
On this occasion, the concerned magistrate, police officers and center administrator were present.
