‘Same thing happened with us too…’ Akhilesh Yadav’s pain over Raghav Chaddha’s rebellion spills out, big revelation on BJP’s ‘Operation Lotus’
Lucknow: The infighting within the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has now heated up the politics of the entire country. Now a big statement from Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav has come out on 7 Rajya Sabha MPs including Raghav Chadha joining BJP. Akhilesh Yadav not only expressed grief over this break with AAP, but also shared the old pain of his party. He alleged that BJP is breaking the opposition parties with the help of government agencies.
‘It is not easy to form a party, but selfishness spoils everything’
Akhilesh Yadav said emotionally that it takes a lot of hard work to establish any political party. Only when workers and leaders put in their blood and sweat, victory is achieved. After this, the elected MLAs work hard to elect Rajya Sabha MPs, but when the same people leave the party, it is very sad. Directly targeting BJP, he said that people are being ruined by showing fear of agencies like ED, CBI and Income Tax.
SP and AAP are now in the same boat
Recalling the old wounds of his party, Akhilesh said that some selfish people had left the Samajwadi Party earlier due to greed. He sarcastically said, “Now we and the Aam Aadmi Party have come on the same team. Our people also betrayed us and their people also betrayed them. The story behind all this is the same – fear of agencies, personal interests and the game of money and business.” Referring to a case from Ghazipur, Akhilesh alleged that BJP people are trying to convince even a father by luring him.
How did 7 veterans including Raghav Chaddha take revenge?
Let us tell you that this whole controversy started when Aam Aadmi Party removed Raghav Chadha from the post of Deputy Leader of Rajya Sabha. Immediately after this, on April 24, Raghav took the shocking decision of leaving the party and joining BJP. Surprisingly, Ashok Mittal, who was made the new deputy leader in place of Raghav, also said goodbye to the party.
Now AAP is alone in Parliament
This is no less than a big blow for the Aam Aadmi Party because 7 out of 10 of their Rajya Sabha MPs are now standing in the BJP’s camp. Those who rebelled include big faces like Raghav Chadha, Ashok Mittal, Sandeep Pathak, Harbhajan Singh, Rajendra Gupta, Vikram Sahni and Swati Maliwal. Akhilesh Yadav believes that now only the poor of the country can fight against this powerful government and the game of money power.
