In an interview, Vinod Suryavanshi shared a painful experience of his childhood and said, ‘When I went to the village with my father in my childhood, we went to eat in a hotel. After eating there, we had to wash our plates ourselves, even though I had paid the entire bill. He told that this incident is still alive in his mind. At that time he did not know why this happened to him, but later he realized that it was all because of his small caste.
Entry is not available in the temple even today
During this, Vinod also told that even today people are discriminated against in his village and this is seen openly. He had told, ‘There is a temple in our village, where even today we are not allowed to enter. We have to supply oil and other puja materials from outside. Only after this the priest offers it inside. He further told that some time ago he had gone to the same temple to get his child tonsured, but even today the situation there is the same. Although he thought that things would have changed after so many years but it did not happen.
