It is dangerous to be the President, after the attack at the dinner party, Donald Trump made a big statement, said – already…

Trump Reaction WHCD Shooting: US President Donald Trump, who narrowly escaped the firing during the White House Correspondents’ Dinner, has given his first reaction after the incident. He said that being the President is a dangerous profession and such violent incidents have become a part of his job. Trump said more information about the attacker’s identity and motivations would soon emerge, but “the world is a violent place” and when someone is influential, people target them.

Donald Trump praised the Secret Service for taking swift action during the attack. He told that the attacker was far away from the ballroom where he was present on the stage. “I was seeing so many tuxedos and beautiful dresses,” he said in a lighter vein, referring to the attire of those present at the event. He also said that the event will be held again at a later date and it will be made safer than before.

Secret Service arrested the attacker

US authorities have arrested the attacker, although his motives are still unclear. U.S. Attorney Jeanine Pirro said the suspect is currently charged with two counts of aggravated battery and assault on an officer with a dangerous weapon. He said that depending on further investigation, more charges can also be added.

According to Washington DC police, the attacker had several weapons, including a shotgun, a handgun and several knives. Initial investigation has not revealed any indication of anyone else’s involvement. The suspect has been identified as Cole Thomas Allen, 31, of Torrance, California.

FBI engaged in investigation of the case

Trump told that initially he thought that there was a sound of a tray falling, but Melania Trump immediately understood that it was firing. He said his wife immediately recognized the seriousness of the situation.
