In the Oklahoma City Thunder’s run to an NBA title in 2025, they dispatched their first round opponent Memphis Grizzlies in four games. Monday night, they have a chance to begin their title defense the same way against the Phoenix Suns.
OKC took Game 3 in Phoenix 121-109 behind an uber-efficient performance from reigning-MVP Shai Gilgeous-Alexander. SGA scored 42 points on 15-of-18 shooting from the field while going 11-12 from the free throw line, adding eight assists and four rebounds to round out the performance.
The Thunder will look to get their second-consecutive first-round sweep in Phoenix on Monday night.
