Char Dham Yatra Package: IRCTC has brought a wonderful tour plan of 13 days, know here the complete details of expenses, route and facilities.

IRCTC, a subsidiary of Indian Railways, has launched an exciting tour package named ‘Bhopal to Char Dham Yatra’. Under this package, you will get the opportunity to travel to Char Dham in a low budget. This tour package is for 13 days. On May 5, 2026, you will fly from Bhopal to Dehradun. After reaching Dehradun, you will further proceed to Mussoorie.

The next morning, after breakfast, you will leave Mussoorie and head towards Yamuna Valley. On the way, you will visit Kempty Falls. By evening, you will reach Ranachathi, where you will check-in to a hotel; Here you will get dinner and accommodation facility. On the third day, leaving early in the morning, you will reach Jankichatti—the base camp of Yamunotri. From here, you can trek about six kilometers uphill—on foot, pony, or palanquin—at your own expense. On reaching Yamunotri Temple (which is situated at an altitude of approximately 3,120 metres), you will offer prayers and seek the blessings of Goddess Yamuna. The hot water springs located near the temple are also a major attraction here. After completing your darshan (pooja), you will return to Janakichatti and spend the night at Ranachatti.

Thereafter, after breakfast, you will leave Ranachatti and proceed towards Harshil Valley. On the way, you will visit Vishwanath Temple located in Uttarkashi. By evening, you will reach Harsil, where you will check-in to a hotel for overnight stay and rest. Next morning, after breakfast, you will depart for Gangotri. Here, you will get to see beautiful views of the Gangotri Temple and the banks of the Bhagirathi River. After your darshan, you will return to Uttarkashi and stay at a hotel for overnight stay and rest.

Then, the next morning after breakfast, you will embark on a long journey—via Tehri Dam and Srinagar—and reach Sonprayag. In the evening, you will check-in to a hotel for overnight stay and rest. The next morning, leaving early, you will reach Gaurikund—the starting point of the Kedarnath pilgrimage. From here, you have the option to continue your journey by pony, palanquin or helicopter, all at your own expense. On reaching Kedarnath Temple, you will offer your prayers and spend the night there. Your journey ahead promises to be equally wonderful. Breakfast and dinner are included in the package. For single occupancy, this journey will cost ₹92,800. For double and triple occupancy, the per person fare has been fixed at ₹69,800 and ₹67,300 respectively. The fare for children aged 5 to 11 years is ₹67,300.
